Fractional Technology Partner Agreement & Checkout Terms

What you're buying
A six-month fractional technology partnership: an audit of how the business actually runs, a measured baseline, systems built on your real tools, and the adoption work that makes them stick. You get documented systems you control, each with a one-page break-glass runbook. Direct access throughout, for your developers and contractors as well as for you. Two clients at a time, which is a capacity limit rather than a sales tactic.
Investment
The fee is stated in your written proposal before any work begins. Two ways to pay it: the six months up front, or split into monthly payments, which costs 10% more in total than paying up front.
The first month is paid either way
It carries the audit, the measured baseline, and your first working win. It is not refundable on either plan. What you're protected from is being stuck, not from paying for work already done.
Six months is the shape of the work, not a lock-in
If it isn't working, end it. On the monthly plan you stop and there is nothing further to pay.
If you paid up front and leave early
The months you used are charged at the monthly plan rate from your proposal, and the rest is refunded. No penalty, no clawback, no cancellation fee. Whole months only: a month you have started is a month you have used. You end up paying what the monthly plan would have cost for the time you stayed, and never more than you already paid.
- Example: you pay up front and stop after three months. Three months at the monthly plan rate are retained, and the remainder of what you paid is refunded.
- Refund requests are honored within 10 business days, to the original payment method.
What we guarantee
We guarantee our work, not your business results. We report measured outcomes against the baseline every month, including the months they fall short. We make no revenue or income guarantee.
What we don't guarantee
This is a partnership, not a staffing contract. Results depend on your team's participation, your data, and decisions that stay yours. Anything discussed about outcomes is illustrative, not a promise.
Your responsibilities
- Give us access to the people and systems the work depends on, or tell us early when you can't.
- Name one person on your side who can make a decision without a committee.
- Do the adoption work. A system nobody runs is not a system, and we will say so in the monthly report.
Ownership and confidentiality
- You own the systems and outputs we build for your business, documented, with runbooks.
- Templates, prompts, and frameworks we bring are licensed to you for your own use, not for resale or redistribution.
- We keep what you share confidential and ask the same of you regarding our materials.
Payment, disputes, and acceptance
- By completing checkout or countersigning you agree to these terms.
- If something's wrong, contact us first at support@g8n.ai. The refund terms above are the agreed remedy. Initiating a card chargeback in place of that process is a breach of these terms.
- This agreement is between you and Def Launch, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, governed by the laws of the State of Texas (our principal place of business).
